Facking Off For A Bit

Not permanentanentanently! Just a week in fact, but that's a long time in the world wide web yanno. Tomorrow I'm off to visit a friend, then on Wednesdae morning we're going to the Reading and Leeds music festival baby, awoo-hoo!

Blink 182, Hadouken, Crystal Castles, Enter Shikari, Billy Talent, Marina and the Diamonds- I am EXCITED.

But anyways, I'll be gone tomorrow til next Mondae night, so that's nearly an entire week without my precious computer, and a lot of catching up to do when I gets back.

Trusting her judgement I decided to check it out, and oh my gosh I've actually spent the last couple of hours just reading it. Me! Me who's read like a hundred Sims 3 stories and only stuck with about four...

Lila and Nick by jenssims has actually made me laugh, got me involved in the story, and kept my interest, which is not an easy thing to do.

So I was over at MTS todae looking for a little mod, as you do, and I was distracted by something shiny...




Okay, it's a smally small picture there, but the gist is- David Tennant as The Doctor in Sims 2 form! Naturally I couldn't wait to check it out, so eagerly my digits did click.

I did not like what I found...



Now I'm probably being a complete asshat, but... I don't like it. It's strange- I can see the resemblance in a way, but to be honest the Sim just scares me. I think it's cause it lacks the signature cheeky grin... or maybe it's because he looks like he'd want to strangle me with his trenchcoat rather than take me on a magical adventure through time...

Nice Body, Shame About The Face

You know what really annoys me about The Sims?

This Face.

Why? Whyyyyy? What genius thought it'd be a great idea to have your Sims pull random idiotic faces every so often? I can't think of a single fucking person who does that IRL, can you?

Grr... Anyways. This guy by the by is my new Sim Julian, who I loves. I've just uploaded him to FuryRed Sims, though I imagine the folks over at MySims3Blog are going to have kittens regarding my choice of preview pictures...

Now I think they're pretty, but I'm expecting a lot of 'thats stupid you cant evn see theyre face' and so on, along with the occasional more eloquently stated cutting comment that I shall be lol'ing at.

But we shall see :)

I have, at last count, 54 friend requests waiting for me on the official TS3 site. You know why? Because the facking website is a piece of shite, apparently.

I haven't been able to access my friendslist for like days, so if you've added me I'm not being a dick- I just can't do anyfink about it.
