I Hast Returned
...And I fucking stink. Well, it's a bit better now I've had a shower, but still- all my clothes absolutely honk of bonfire :/ Still, it's naice to be back ;D

Ahaha, we may. :P Was gutted for the guy I met in the queue that year, he was wearing bright white trainers, haha. Whenever I go to any festivals it's either muddy or boiling. >_<

ReplyDeleteI went to Download this year and about 3 days before my friend called me to say that it was really muddy to remember my wellies this time. I went, all prepared and everything, and it was boiling and no mud in sight. >_<
Yep, he just went 'Oh fuck it' and stomped off through the mud in his socks :P
ReplyDeleteIt's always the way ennit- you bring wellies and it's naice, no wellies and it rains. Tbh though everyone around me was just wearing their wellies anyways even in the sun... weirdos.
I would not be brave enough to walk around in mud in just my socks. :P My friend did end up face down in it at one point though after falling over someone's tent peg or something.

Crazy people, that's who :P I'd never wear flip flops, what with all the piss bottles flying about (and this is without mentioning the woman I saw squatting down and pissing on the floor during Foals...)
